About Lloyd Flanders Vinyl: only 100% virgin vinyl and no fillers are used in the handcraft wicker manufactured exclusively for Lloyd Flanders. UV inhibitors are added to prevent excessive fading. The 100% virgin vinyl/no added fillers combination assures that the wicker will remain soft and pliable through many years of use and hold its shape. In addition, the welded all-aluminum frames are corrosion-resistant and extremely durable. These frames will require minimal maintenance and should retain their finish even after years of use.
Warranty
Limited Residential Warranty: Lloyd Flanders warrants its furniture to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Fabrics (except Customer Own Materials), cushions, faux concrete table tops, and stone table tops are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser. Routine care and maintenance are required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but not limited to annual inspection of the frames and touch up of minor damage. Abuse or neglect of the furniture voids the warranty. Do not store your furniture upside down. This could allow water to accumulate and freeze within the frame, causing structural damage excluded from coverage.
Warranty service: if you suspect a manufacturing defect, provide us with a dated proof of purchase (e.g., receipt), photographs (digital preferred) of the item and the moden and serial number of the piece. We will identify or verify the problem and notify Lloyd Flanders. Lloyd Flanders will review each claim and determine the appropriate action. If it is determined that a product is defective in material or workmanship, Lloyd Flanders will repair, or at Lloyd Flanders’ option, replace the item in whole or in part at no cost to you.
How State Law Relates to This Warranty: This warranty gives you specific legal rights. All other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty is effective on product purchased at The Wickery after March 1, 2017.
