Warranty
All-weather resin/wicker with aluminum frames: frames and finish are covered for three (3) years against defects in materials and workmanship, separation, peeling or cracking under normal usage and exposure conditions. This warranty does not cover scratches, chips or damages restuling from unpackinag or usage. This warranty does not cover discoloration or damages resulting from exposure to strong weather elements, prolonged exposure or submersion in weather, saltwater, chemical or other fluids.
Cushions and upholstery: certain performance fabrics (such as Sunbrella) carry a limited manufacturer warranty against loss of color or strength under normal usage and exposure conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or extreme weather. Warranty does not cover mold or mildew, nor breakage or wear from excessive or abnormally heavy usage. Sunbrella: 5 years.
South Sea provides a one (1) year warranty on workmanship of cushions and upholstery. This covers separation of the seams and upholstery joints due to defective assembly. This warranty does not cover separation, unraveling or tearing due to misuse, vandalism, abnormally heavy usage or exposure to extreme conditions. In environments prone to saltwater and chlorine exposure, it is the user’s responsibility to periodically maintain frames and upholstery by rinsing or spraying with clean water. Failure to do so voids the manufacturers’ warranty.
