Warranty
Classic Rattan, Inc., a manufacturer of wicker and rattan furniture, that purchases hand made wicker and rattan parts from Asia for complete assembly here in the United States. We oversee every step of production from frame to finishes, fabric to filling, inspection to boxing insuring a Standard of Excellence. All of our frames come with a 5-year limited warranty. This 5-year limited warranty assures you of the quality we produce at Classic Rattan, Inc.
The Warranty covers all defects in workmanship of materials of Classic Rattan, Inc product for the original owner.
Frames are warranted for a period of five years.
Finishes are warranted for a period of three years.
Metal mechanisms are warranted for a period of one year.
Plastic and neoprene mechanisms are warranted for a period of one year.
Fabric and cushions are warranted for a period of one year.
Laminate tops are warranted for a period of five years.
All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date
Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owner’s annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage of the product. This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture.
For service under this warranty contact your Classic Rattan, Inc. Retailer from which you purchased the product. The Retailer will require the proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. The Retailer will also request that you provide photographs of the product for review by Classic Rattan, Inc.
Classic Rattan, Inc. will review the warranty claim to determine if the product needs to be repaired or replaced. A Classic Rattan, Inc. representative may visit to inspect and view the defective product.
This warranty applies only to residential use of the Classic Rattan, Inc. products.
This warranty is effective on product purchased at retail only after February 1, 2012.
